Before you proceed to the following steps, make sure there is an existing Bank record.

  1. Open the Customer record whom the EFT Information belongs to.
  2. Click the Additional | EFT Information button. If the customer has no existing EFT Information record yet, it will open a new EFT Information screen. Otherwise, it will open the latest EFT record of the customer.
  3. If the customer has an existing record, click the New button on EFT Information screen.
  4. Select a Bank Name from the combo list box. This is a required detail.
  5. Enter the EFT Information details. You can be as detailed as you feel necessary. Refer to EFT Information | Field Description to help you in filling out the fields.
  6. Click the Save button. Note that a Customer is allowed to have one active EFT Information record only.

 

Before you proceed to the following steps, make sure there is an existing Bank record.

  1. Open the Customer record whom the EFT Information belongs to.
  2. Click the Additional | EFT Information button. If the customer has no existing EFT Information record yet, it will open a new EFT Information screen. Otherwise, it will open the latest EFT record of the customer.
  3. If the customer has an existing record, click the New toolbar button on EFT Information screen.
  4. Select a Bank Name from the combo list box. This is a required detail.
  5. Enter the EFT Information details. You can be as detailed as you feel necessary. Refer to EFT Information | Field Description to help you in filling out the fields.
  6. Click the Save toolbar button.
