1. From Financial Reports module > click on Financial Report Builder menu.
    1. From a new Report Builder record
      1. In the Report Builder search click on New
      2. The new Row Builder screen will be opened. Enter a Report Name
      3. Click on either of these labels to create new header or footer.
        1. Page Header 
        2. Page Footer 
        3. Report Header 
        4. Report Footer
    2. From an existing Report Builder record
      1. In the Report Builder search select report/s by checking checkbox before it and click Open. Or you can also double-click on the selected record.
      2. The Report Builder screen will be opened showing the selected report. Click on any of the Report Header or Footer field labels - Page Header, Page Footer, Report Header or Report Footer. 
      3. The Report Header & Footer screen will be opened showing the assigned report header or footer record. 
      4. Click New in the Report Header and Footer screen.
  2. This will open a blank Report Header and Footer screen.
  3. Enter Name and Description.
  4. In the Type field select what type of record you are to create. Options to select from are:
    1. Page Header 
    2. Page Footer 
    3. Report Header 
    4. Report Footer
  5. In the Column Name field select Column Designer record if you want the Column Name assigned to a Column Designer be used to match the Header/Footer. See How to Associate a column designer setup to a header or footer.
  6. Add and configure rows in the grid section.
  7. Save the record. You can click Save or use the shortcut key Ctrl+S. In case you miss to save it and you click the Close or the x button at the top right corner of the screen or use the shortcut key Alt+X or Esc , i21 will prompt you if you would like to save it before closing the screen.

  2. The Search Report Header and Footer screen will open. Click New toolbar button.

  6. If the Page Header is selected in the Type field, you will need to select a column designer record in the Column Name field.
