You can create a list of your most common shipping methods through Ship Via screen.

Here is how to Add Shipping method

Login as Admin User
On the user's menu panel, Select Common Info folder
Select and double click Ship Via
Input the required fields (Ship Via, Shipping Service, Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Federal ID, Transporter License, Motor Carrier IFTA, Transportation Mode and Company Owned Carrier)
Hit Save toolbar button.
