1. From the Notes Receivable Activities menu, click Note Maintenance. If there's an existing Note record, Search Note screen will open.

2. Find button popup  Search Note window will contains contain the following fields

1. 1. Note
number
2. 1. Number
   2. Customer Number
   3. Note Type
   4. Note Description
   5. Credit Limit
   6. Maturity Date
   7. Interest Rate
3. The user can search the required notes in the Search window and double click on the required note, then that notes information will be displayed in the Maintenance Note Receivable screen.
   
4. The user can search the required notes in the Search Note window by selecting the required notes and clicking on Open Selected button on the tool bar, then that notes information will be displayed in the Maintenance screen Note Receivable screen with the navigation.
   Ex: Selected 4 records and clicked on Open Selected button.
