  1. Click Process Paychecks from Payroll module.
  2. Select Bank Account from the dropdown.

    Info

    Banks with posted paychecks only will be displayed in the dropdown.

    Select ACH or NACHA
  3.  from the Process Type panel.Check ACH radio button
  4. Paychecks under the set criteria will automatically populate the grid.

    Displayed records should be checked by default.

    Click Select All grid icon to check all records for printing.

    Click Clear All grid icon to deselect all checked records.

    To search for specific criteria, Advance filters can be used.

  5. Click Generate toolbar button.

    File Format will be required if the bank used by the paycheck has no default ACH file.

    ACH file is downloaded

  6. Click Remittance Info tab

    To preview or print paychecks of direct deposit, select paychecks and click Preview button to display paycheck and print

    To regenerate ACH file for paychecks, select paychecks and click Regenerate button

  7. Paycheck/s are automatically committed and displayed in Archive tab

  8. In Archive tab, actions available for the paycheck:

    1. Regenerate ACH:
      1. Select committed paycheck/s in Archive tab to include in the bank file
      2. Click Regenerate ACH button
    2. Print Remittance
      1. Select committed paycheck/s in Archive tab to print remittance advice
      2. Click Print Remittance button
    3. Email Remittance
      1. Select committed paycheck/s in Archive tab to email remittance advice
      2. Click Email Remittance button
    Select paychecks and click Email Remittance button

    Employee should have email distribution setup to be able to email remittance
    To setup email distribution, open employee screen.
    In Contacts tab, select employee and click Open.
    In Email Remittance field, select PR Remittance
    Save Changes

  9. After remittance info is sent, click Archive File tab

    In Archive File tab, paychecks can be re-preview, re-emailed, retrieve bank file (for committed paychecks), and regenerate bank file.

  10. Select paychecks and click Commit button
  11. A confirmation message will be displayed.
  12. Click Yes button.

  13. Remittance Advice will be sent in employee's email.

  14. Click the Print icon Image Removed.

  15. Proceed on printing the paycheck/s.

     Other buttons will be disabled.
