1. From GL Account Detail menu | Chart of Accounts Tab, click on Account Id hyperlink to open Edit Account screen.
   
   
   

2. When Edit Account opens. Click the Account ID hyper link.

   Warning
   title Applies in 16.2 and above
   For used accounts, Functional Currency is no longer editable.

3.  Click Save toolbar button to save the changes.

2.  Select structure to be edit from the combo box.

3. After selecting Structure, Select the new CODE from the combo box.

You can now start editing the account. The fields that can only be edited are the following: Description, Active, System, Unit, Cash Flow Category and Comments.
