1. Double click on Bag Off Shift Activity option under Manufacturing
2. Bag off Shift Activity screen will be shown
   Start Shift:
3. Start a shift for a Production Line
   1. For Scheduled Line : Select the
   Target Item No
4. Select the Pull From location
5. Select the Input Lot ID
6. Available Qty will auto-populate
7. Input Item and Description will auto-populate
8. Enter the Input Qty
9. Select Transfer To Location
10. Enter Ticket number or if you wish the lot to auto-generate, leave it blank.
11. Select a Container Type
12. Select a Container ID
13. Enter Vendor Lot ID
14. Enter Tare weight of Bag
15. Enter Gross Weight
16. Net Weight will auto-calculate
17. Select Unit UOM
18. Tick the 'Print Label' checkbox if you want the label to be printed
19. Click on Save
20. Lot will get produced successfully.

1. 1. required shift for the Line and click on 'Start Shift' button
   2. For Unscheduled Line:
      1. Click on 'Start Unscheduled Line' button
      2. Shift Activity Detail screen will be shown
      3. Select the required Production Line, Date and shift
      4. Click on Start
      5. Selected Shift for the Line will be started
2. In Shift Activity Detail screen, select status as 'Started' to view all the started shift for the Lines
3. Select open and the required shift for the Line
4. Shift Activity Detail screen will be shown
   Downtime Entry:
5. In Shift Activity screen, click on Downtime Entry button
6. Downtime screen will be shown
7. Select the Reason
8. Enter Explanation and the Duration
9. Select the machines that are part of downtime in the machine grid
10. Click on Save
    Wastage Entry:
11. In Shift Activity screen, click on Wastage Entry button
12. Wastage screen will be shown
13. Select the Wastage type, Item, Bin type and Storage location
14. Click on Save
    Allocate/Unallocate Lots:
15. In Shift Activity screen, navigate to Production Details tab
16. You can view Allocated/Unallocated lots for the line by selecting the appropriate value in Type combo
    1. To Allocate the Lots for the current shift:
       1. Select the Type as Unallocated
       2. Unallocated lots will be listed
       3. Select the Lots
       4. Click on Allocate button
       5. Selected Lots will be allocated to the current shift 
    2. To move the allocated lots to different date and shift 
       
       1. Select the Type as Allocated
       2. Allocated lots for the shift will be listed
       3. Select the Lots
       4. Select the date and shift to which it has to be moved
       5. Click on Allocate button
       6. Selected Lots will be allocated to the selected date and shift 
    End Shift:
17. In shift activity screen, select status as 'Started'
18. Select the shift and click on End Shift
19. Selected shift will be completed successfully
