How do I enter Conditional Property?

Go to Quality --> Property.
Select one existing property.
Click on Open .
Select the Mandatory drop down as "Yes-Conditional"
Conditional tab should be enabled.
Click on Conditional Tab.
Select the On Success properties from the drop down.
Select the On Failure properties from the drop down.
Click on Save.
