Quality Capture screen has the following three sections
Sample Detail has the following fields:

Representing Qty, UOM | Total quantity being represented by the sample |

Sample Status | User can select a secondary status configured from generic template -->Sample Status |
Control Points | At what point (Receiving, Production,...) the sample is taken |
Approved By & On | The person who approved and at what time This section will be available only after the approval of the sample |
Test Detail has the following fields:
Each line of the test detail is of a property configured under quality template

Min Value, Max Value | Expected Minimum and Maximum Range |

Actual Value | Actual value to be entered by the user; |
Result | Result for the actual value compared to the expected range (Passed or Failed) |
