This program allows the operator to setup price adjustments for the Customer Quote. Once the price adjustments are entered, Quote generation will use this adjustments based on Quote group or customer, Supply point, Item and Effective date and time.
Open the Quote Price Adjustment screen from Transports | Quote Price Adjustment. If there is no existing record yet, the menu will open a blank Quote Price Adjustment screen where you can enter the details of a new record.
Header Details : Quote Group : Quote group drop down will list all the existing customer group. Select the Quote group for which you wish to create price adjustment. Customer : Select the customer for which you wish to create price adjustment. Supply Point : Select the supply point for which you wish to create or price adjustment. Click the combo box button ,the list will display all the Supply Points created in Supply Point Maintenance. Grid Details : Item : Enter the item for which you wish to create or maintain the price adjustment. Click the combo box button and select the appropriate item from the list. Category : Select the category for which you wish to create or maintain the price adjustment. You can choose either item or category Temp Adjustment : Enter the temporary adjustment for the quote Terms per unit : Enter the terms per unit adjustment for the quote Misc per unit : Enter the miscellaneous per unit adjustment for the quote Effective Date and time : Enter the range of date and time for quote price adjustment. |
