• If no User Roles are assigned for specific Locations in the User Roles tab of the User screen, company location records will remain unrestricted.


Here are the steps on how to configure a User with no User Roles per specific Location:

  1. Log in as Security user
  2. On the user’s menu panel go to System Manager folder then click Users
  3. On the Search Users screen click New button. Create New Entity screen will appear.
  4. Populate the necessary details then click Find Duplicates button. Duplicate Entities screen will appear.
  5. On the Duplicate Entities screen, click Add button. User screen will appear.
  6. Navigate to User tab then Detail tab. Populate the necessary details
  7. Navigate to User Roles tab then Location tab. Make sure that the grid is empty.
  8. Click Save button.
  9. After configuring the user without User Roles per specific Location, the Company Locations will remain unrestricted.
