    12. Open the VoIPstudio application on Mobile and enter the Email and Password (ex. email= steve.palm@irely.com, Password= Comtech$1)

    13. In Mobile voIPstudioVoIPstudio,  enter the number you have entered in the Customer screen(the same number entered on step 10) then click the Call button

    14. There should be a notification to the i21 users with the number of the caller and the Customer screen is should be open.


Note: Kindly use VOIPStudio v3.1.1 or later.
