Remote Support Software

  • iRely uses ScreenConnect by ConnetWise (https://www.screenconnect.com)  for administration of servers and remote diagnostics with end users
  • ScreenConnect uses 256-bit AES encryption for every session and is HIPAA and PCI compliant
  • iRely uses the unattended remote client on the client Windows servers during install and also for remote troubleshooting 
  • iRely also uses the remote support client to connect with end users to help with troubleshootingEnd users call in to support line and are given a code, once the code is input the end users downloads the client. This creates a secure session and we are able to interface with end user desktop
