Pre-Requisitie: All users should be out of the software while running a service pack.

1. Log into system and go to ‘Company Setup Menu -> Run Utility’
   
2. Select Company Setup Menu
   
   
3. Select Run Utility Menu
   
   

4. Type "servpack" in the Utility Field Name and Press the Enter key

5. Click on the Red Disk to run  
   

6. Say yes to run patch
   
7. It will start to check if you are on the current service pack or not. It will stop and let you know if it is. If it is not then it will continue on to the next step.
   
8. It will download the current service pack.
   
9. It will start the backup
   
10. Next it will apply the service pack.
    
11. After it is applied it will confirm that it was successful and give you the current version number.
    
    
    1. You can check in a couple of places to see that indeed it has the current version.
       1. One is the "F8=About" button
       
       
       1. Click on "F8=About" and you should see the following screen.
          
    2. Two In the login screen at the top.
    3. The main login screen will not show the change until you exit out and go back in.
