Check Chrome NPAPI plugin Enabled
1. Check Version
2. Upgrade to Version 42+
3. Enable NPAPI
  1. Open browser and type: chrome://flags in url
4. Close and Reopen Chrome or click Relaunch Now Button
Install Java 7.71
1. Uninstall any other version of Java as needed.

Install Acu 9.2.2
1. Not required if user already has access to Origin Menus.

Install i21 Client Gatway

Login to the Software via Chrome
1. Replace yourip below with your iRely Server IP address
2. Live - http://yourip/iRelyi21Live/SystemManager/app.html
3. Test Envrionment - http://yourip/iRelyi21TE/SystemManager/app.html
Allow Java Plugin to Run in Chrome
1. Click Blocked icon in the Address Bar to allow
3. Click the Option to Always Allow Plugins
5. Always Answer Later to Java Version Update
  1. Java 8 is not supported.
Log out of the Software and Login to Accept i21 Launcher Application Prompts
1. 1. Check Do Not Show this again to avoid future prompts
  2. And click Run
2. 1. Check Box Do not Show this again for this app and website.
  2. Click Allow

Download the i21 launcher using this link
http://i21server.com/downloads/i21/i21Launcher/1520/i21Launcher.9.2.2.exe
Click Next when i21 Launcher Setup screen opens then click on Install.

File will ne installed in C:\i21Launcher

After login in i21, this mini screen will auto- open then close. Just ignore it.
