Here are the steps on how to set maximum number of origin Allowed to a user:

1. Log in as as Admin Useruser
2. On the user’s menu panel, go to Admin Folder
3. Select and double click the User Security

4. Select the user you want to update in Search User Security
Go to  User Options panel
5. to System Manager folder then click User Security

6. Open one user
7. Go to  User Options panel of user security 
8. Enter the number of origin screens allowed on user selected

9. Once applied, the user will only be allowed to open 3 origin screens. If the user will try to open additional origin screen, this message will pop up.
