You can delete the line item of supply point from Rack Price Equation tab and Product Search tab

Rack Price Equation tab: 

1. Tick the check box of the line item you wish to delete.
2. Click the Remove button.
   Rack Price Equation tab: 
   
   
   
   
3. Click Yes button on the confirmation message
   
   
   
   Product Search :
   1.Tick the check box of the line item you wish to delete.
   2.Click the Remove button.
