  1. Open the Receive Payments Detail that you wish to delete. 

    Note

    You cannot delete the following payment record: 1.) Posted record. you have to unpost it first. 2.) Deposited payment. You have to delete the deposit transaction, and then unpost the payment record.

  2. Click the Delete button.
