1. Say you will set all the rows to have a Debit balance side. To do this, Select all rows.

2. Then click on Options button. The Row Options screen will be opened. In the Balance Side field select Debit then click Ok.

3. You will be back to the Row Designer screen. Now all the rows will have Debit balance side.
