  1. Open the Julian Calendar screenConsumption Sites record that will be reassigned.
  2. Click the NewSite Action > Reassign Site toolbar button. This will open the Julian Recurrence screen.
  3. Enter the calendar Description.
  4. Tick the Monthly radio button.
  5. Enter the other details like the delivery frequency, Start date, and Through date.

  6. If you want to use this same calendar in the future, select the ‘Automatically renew every year’ option.
  7. Click the OK button. The newly created calendar will be displayed in the Existing Calendars grid on the Julian Calendar screen. Its future deliveries will be displayed in the Future Delivery Dates grid.

  8. Close the Julian Calendar screen.

    • If the site has an open Call Entry, this message will prompt. Select Yes on the confirmation message – the 'reassign site' message will then prompt.

    • If the site has no open Call Entry, this ‘reassign site’ confirmation message will prompt.

  10. Select Yes on the ‘reassign site’ confirmation message.
    • If the attached device on the site has an existing Lease, the ‘keep lease’ message will prompt. The Search Customer screen will be opened when you select either Yes or No.

    • If the attached device on the site has no existing Lease, then it will open the Search Customer screen.
  11. Search for the new customer, select it, and then click the Open Selected toolbar button. This confirmation message will be displayed.

  12. Once you are prompted to open the new site record, select Yes if you want to. However, if you want to remain in the current site record then select No buttonSave the changes in the Consumption Sites screen.
