titleTank Monitor Import Conditions

The following conditions should be properly setup for successful import:

  • The Customer – Site combination should be matched. This means that Customer No [ts_cat_1] and Tank Monitor Serial number [tx_serialnum] should exist in Tank Management. If not, Customer[ts_cat_1] and Tank Serial number[ts_serialnum] will be used.
  • tx_nosensor and tx_lnoxmit should be equal to False.
  • ts_cat_1 should not be Blank.
  • rpt_date_ti should not be in Invalid format or Blank
  • Tank Monitor rpt_date_ti should not yet exists in event history
  • Record with rpt_date_ti to be import should not be earlier than the site's latest Tank Monitor Reading Event
  • rpt_date_ti of the records to import should have a corresponding clock reading


  1. On the Menu panel, click the Tank Monitor menu. This will open the Import Wesroc Tank Monitor Reading screen.
  2. Click Browse button. This will open the Open File screen. Select the CSV file for import.
  3. The CSV file should contain the following mappings:
  4. Enter email address to Exception Reports Emailed To field. This field is required.
