Note: same configuration must be done on multiple instances of i21 Electron within the Network. If you have a running existing Scale service, you need to turn off the service for this to work.


Log in i21 application.

Open Physical Scale screen from Ticket Management menu > Physical Scales.

Setup the Physical Scale. In this screen, configure the Motion Detection, Weight and Check Date/Time. . If you have a running Scale Service, no need to change the setup.

Note: this is connected to the scale device setup.
