Note: The same configuration must be done on multiple instances of i21 Electron within the Network.

• If you have a running existing Scale service, you need to turn off the service for this to work.

Make sure you have i21 Electron installed and then log into i21.

Open the Physical Scale screen from the i21 menu - Ticket Management > Physical Scales.

• Tune the scale device simulator to get the scale weight Scale Weight reading.

•  This will appear in Scale Ticket screen.

Use the hot key (F3) or click the Gross button to get the Scale weight to display it in Gross Weight field.

Tune the scale device simulator again to get the scale weight reading for Tare Weight.

This will appear in Scale Ticket screen.

Use the hot key (F4) or click the Tare button to get the Scale weight to display it in Tare Weight field.

Note: Getting the Scale Weight Reading reading by pressing the hot keys or clicking on the button will automatically save the scale ticket.
