You can view all archived report in Archived Reports screen by clicking Archives toolbar button in Report Manager

Here is how to Add Report in Archives:

  1. Make sure that report is Allowed to Archived.

  2. Login As Installer User
  3. On the user’s menu panel, select an Admin Folder
  4. Select and Double click Report Manager
  5. Make sure that report is Allowed to Archived.

  6. Select any Group in Report Manager
  7. Select any report under the group selected
  8. Click Print Toolbar button in Report Manager
  9. On the Report Parameter, click Preview button to Preview the report


  10. Click Close button in Report Viewer and this message will be displayed
  11. Click No button to simply close the message and viewer; Click Yes to archive the report and this screen will be displayed
  12. Input Name and description then Click Ok. After saving, archived report can now visible in Archived Reports screen
