  1. Open the Archived Reports Report Manager screen. See Archived Reports

  2. On the user’s menu panel, select an Admin Folder.
  3. Select and double click Report Manager.
  4. Make sure that report is Allowed to Archived.

  7. Click Print toolbar button in Report Manager.
  8. On the Report Parameter, click Preview button to preview the report.

  9. Click Close button in Report Viewer and this message will be displayed.

  11. Select the specific report that you want to archive. Let us use Trial Balance Detail report as a sample.

  12. Click the Settings toolbar button to open the Settings screen. Make sure to select the 'Allow user to archive report' option. Save then Close the screen.

    Note

    The Setting toolbar button is displayed only if you are logged on as Security user. The 'Allow user to archive report' option is selected by default on all reports. However, in case the report you chose does not allow archiving, coordinate with the Security user to change the setting.

  13. Open the report's Report Parameter screen. You can do this either by clicking the Print toolbar button or by double clicking the specific report.

  14. Preview the report by clicking the Preview toolbar button on Report Parameters screen.

  15. Close the Report Viewer screen, or if there are multiple open reports close only the specific report you want to archive. The system will prompt you to archive the report.

  16. Click Yes on message. The Archive Report screen will be displayed.
    Note that the No button will simply close the message without archiving the reportClick No button to simply close the message and viewer. Click Yes to archive the report and this screen will be displayed.
  17. Input Name and Description, then click Ok. After saving, archived report can now visible in Archived Reports screen.
