  1. Open the Report Manager screen. See Report Manager
  2. Select the specific report that you want to archive. Let us use Trial Balance Detail report as a sample.
  3. Click the Settings toolbar button to open the Settings screen. Make sure to select the 'Allow user to archive report' option. Save then Close the screen.

    Note

    The Setting toolbar button is displayed only if you are logged on as Security an Installer user. The 'Allow user to archive report' option is selected by default on all reports. However, in case the report you chose does not allow archiving, coordinate with the Security Installer user to change the setting.

  4. Open the report's Report Parameter screen. You can do this either by clicking the Print toolbar button or by double clicking the specific report.
  5. Preview the report by clicking the Preview toolbar button on Report Parameters screen.
  6. Close the Report Viewer screen, or if there are multiple open reports close only the specific report you want to archive. The system will prompt you to archive the report.

  7. Click Yes on message. The Archive Report screen will be displayed.
    Note that the No button will simply close the message without archiving the report.
  8. Input Name and Description, then click OK button. This report will then be added to the Archived Reports.
