NOTE: If you are 16.1.1209.* or newer you will have the ability to schedule the service pack off hours after clicking yes.
Anyone 16.1.1208 or earlier will start the update with "YES" below.

NOTE: the version number above will change as you change versions.
If this does not work or you have issues running the service pack please contact support.
If you are at 16.1.1209.* or newer, please continue for more instructions. All others should have the service pack updating so you do not need to continue.
Option 1 is immediate update. This works just like service pack always has and will run the download and apply the update now.

By clicking "immediate" this process works just as "Yes" did in older versions.

If you would like to schedule this one-time update to occur please enter a time (in military time) in to the selections and click "Ok" to continue.

Note: if you do schedule and decide not to do it as a scheduled task, please click "Clear" then "No" to run the service pack and it will exit the screen. Escape will also take you out without doing anything.
You will want to verify the version number the next day to ensure it updated to the newest service pack when using the scheduled version. If it does not work, please run an immediate update and contact support.

Pre-Requisitie: All users should be out of the software while running a service pack.
