You can create a list of your most common shipping methods through Ship Via screen.

Here is how to Add Shipping method

  1. Login as Admin User
  2. On the user's menu panel, Select Admin FolderUnder Admin folder, select Common Info folder
  3. Select and double click Ship Via
  4. Input the description of the shipping method on Ship Via column

  5. Input Shipping Service. This service can be used when linking the Ship Via to an actual shipping service like Ship Rush.

    6. Enables or Disables the Ship Via from displaying in the Ship Via combo boxes throughout i21 by checking Active check box in Ship Via screen.
