Here are the steps on how to Retail Change Report
From Store menu, click Retail Change Report
Enter/select the following details:
- Store
- Begin Change Date
- End Change Date
Click Generate Button
- Should able to generate records in Data grid that has change in Retail Price
- Verify result grid
- Category
- Item #
- Item Description
- Old Price
- New Price
- Toolbar buttons:
- Create Mark Up/Down (Enabled)
- Print Report (Enabled)
- Click Print Report button - This will open the Report Viewer - Retail Change Report and will display the ff. values:
- Title Header
- Report Viewer - Retail Change Report
- Report Standard Header Details
- Logo
- Customer Logo - left aligned
- Company Name
- Left aligned - Bold letters
- Company Address
- Below the company name
- Report Name
- Retail Change Report - right aligned in bold letters
- Logo
- Report Body Details
- Group by Inventory Category
- Show Category Description
- Header
- Category: Category Description
- Column headings
- UPC code
- Item Description
- UOM
- Old Price
- New Price
- Difference ( Calculated New Price - Old Price)
- Quantity on Hand
- This will be a blank ___________
- Footer
- Page 1 of <total page> - Right aligned
- Group by Inventory Category
- Title Header
- Click Create Mark Up/Down
- Should open Mark Up/Down screen
- Header
- Store : 1001
- Date : Today's date
- Shift No : Default to 1
- Mark Up Down Number : Auto Assigned form Starting Numbers
- Type : Default to Item Level
- Adjustment Type : Default to Regular
- Enter/verify the following details
- Item No
- Item # = Default from Grid Results on Retail Price Change report
- Quantity
- Quantity = Default value is 0
- Retail Per Unit
- Retail Per Unit = New Price - Old Price
- Total Retail Adj
- Total Retail Adj = Quantity * Retail Per Unit
- Total Cost Adj
- Reason
- Reason is default to Retail Price Change
- Mark up/down
- Should be Mark Up or Mark Down based on Retail Per Unit
- Item No
