  1. On the user's menu panel, go to Common Info then click Ship Viaopen an Entity menu (i.e Users, Vendors, Customers, etc)

  3. Enter details on Name, Contact, Location, Phone, Email, Address, Organization, and LOB

  4. Click Find Duplicates toolbar button
    1. Duplicate Entities screen will show, displaying a list of possible duplicate entities

  5. The user can opt to merge or continue to create the entity by clicking the Add button
  6. Complete the required fields and save
