Lot Alias | Lot Alias value of the lot Raw tea: Tracking Number like RT-Number, TTI Number Blend and FG: Work order by which the lot is created | |
Vendor ID | Vendor ID from whom the material was procured | |
Vendor Lot ID # | The supplier Lot ID # | |
Garden | Garden in which the raw tea is procured from | |
Currency | Currency selected at the time of Lot creation | |
Unit Cost | Cost per unit of the Lot | |

Container ID | The Container ID where the lot is associated |
Material Inputs and Outputs:
•This section of display will be useful to know the input materials that are used to produce the lot and the output material which was produced using the selected lot

- By double clicking the input WIP lot, the screen will display the associated input material that were used to produce the lot

Release To Warehouse:
•This feature will be available only for the FG lot
•Following are the options that are available in this feature
➢Quarantined FG Lot will be "QA Released" so that the status will become active
➢The FG Lot status can be changed to "On Hold" and release back to the original status
•When the lot is in "QUARANTINED" status
➢Following screen appears
➢"Released By" and "Created On Shift" fields will be updated by the system automatically
➢To "QA Release", the user will enter/select the following detail and click on "QA Release" button so that the lot will be QA Released
Date Code, Case Count, Status, Marking and Comments
Note:
Status can be of either "Release" or "Hold"
Mail will be sent to the configured mail IDs when the lot is released with "Hold" status

➢To hold the lot without "QA Release", the user will click on "Place On Hold" button
➢To release the hold status, the user will click on "Release On Hold" button
•When the lot is in "ACTIVE" status,
➢Following screen appears
➢The user will be able to change the following detail and save

Following UDAs are available for the lot which the user will be able to edit and save
