Archive Screen shows all archived reports that can be As the screen title denote, the Archived Reports screen shows all the reports that were archived but can be previewed and printed again.

How to open Archived Screenthe Archived Reports screen:

There are two ways to open this screen.

1. Via Report Manager screen
   1. Open the Report Manager screen. See Report Manager.
   2. Click the Archives toolbar button.

2. Via Profile screen
   1. On the i21 main screen, click the Profile toolbar button. This will open the User Profile screen.

   2. Click the Archived Reports toolbar button.

3. Login as Admin User
4. On the user’s menu panel, select an Admin Folder
5. Select and Double click Report Manager
6. Select and Click Archive on Report Manager toolbarImage Removed
