If this does not work or you have issues running the service pack please contact support.

Note: if you do schedule and decide not to do it as a scheduled task, please click "Clear" then "No" to run the service pack and it will exit the screen. Escape will also take you out without doing anything.
You will want to verify the version number the next day to ensure it updated to the newest service pack when using the scheduled version. If it does not work, please run an immediate update and contact supportThis page is no longer in use.  Your systems 'servpack' process is out of date.  Please contact support to have a manual 1 time update applied to your system.  Creating a helpdesk ticket, emailing or calling support all work.
