- Click Earning Types from Payroll module.
- If there are no earning types yet, new Earning Types screen will be displayed.
- Click New toolbar button.
- Set the value for the following fields:
- Earning ID
- Calculation Type
- Description
- Amount
- Account ID
- W2 Code
- Add Earning Taxes.
- Click Save toolbar button.
- Newly created earning type should appear in the grid.
