This action allows the user to designate that the device has been sold to a Customer. This device action is not applicable to a Customer Owned device.

  1. Open the Device Actions screen.
  2. Select ‘Enter Repair Notes’ from the Action combo box list.
  3. Enter the Date.
  4. Enter the Repair Notes.
  5. Click the OK toolbar button. Once the process is successful, you will be returned to the Devices tab.

    The auto-generated event will be displayed on the Event History tab.
  6. Save the changes in the Consumption Sites record.
