You can view all archived report in Archived Reports screen by clicking Archives toolbar button in Report Manager
Here is how to Add Report in Archives:
- Make sure that report is Allowed to Archived.
- Login As Installer User
- On the user’s menu panel, select an Admin Folder
- Select and Double click Report Manager
- Select any Group in Report Manager
- Select any report under the group selected
- Click Print Toolbar button in Report Manager
- On the Report Parameter, click Preview button to Preview the report
- Click Close button in Report Viewer and this message will be displayed
- Click No button to simply close the message and viewer; Click Yes to archive the report and this screen will be displayed
- Input Name and description then Click Ok. After saving, archived report can now visible in Archived Reports screen
