There are times where some old browsing data can cause issues with i21. In these rare cases you may need to clear your browsing data in Chrome.

  1. From the Chrome menu select More Tools > Clear browsing data...
  2. Click the Advanced tab and select the following options:
    1. Cookies and other site data
    2. Cached Images and files
    3. Passwords and other sign-in data
    4. Autofill form data
