How to Perform ‘Sold’ device action

This action allows the user to designate that the device has been sold to a Customer.

1. Open the Device Actions screen.
2. Select ‘Sold’ from the Action combo box list.
3. Click the OK toolbar button. The Device Actions screen will be closed and you will be returned to the Devices tab. Note that if the selected device has an active Lease, the Lease will be automatically deleted.

4. Save the changes in the Consumption Sites record.

   This device action is not applicable for Customer Owned devices.
