How to Depreciation Multiple Assets

Precondition:

Duplicate Fixed Asset: How to Duplicate Fixed Asset

Acquire Fixed Asset - 1st Fixed Asset 

1. Fixed Assets > Activities > Fixed Assets

2. In Fixed Assets tab, filter for this record

• Asset No. = <Created Asset No. noted in How to Duplicate Fixed Asset>

3. Select that record and click Open Selected button "Should open Fixed Asset" screen

4. Click Create Asset button

5. Click OK

6. Close all active screens

Acquire Fixed Asset - 2nd Fixed Asset

1. Fixed Assets > Activities > Fixed Assets

2. In Fixed Assets tab, filter for this record

• Asset No. = <Duplicated Asset No. noted in How to Duplicate Fixed Asset>

3. Select that record and click Open Selected button

4. Click Create Asset button

5. Click OK

6. Close all active screens

Depreciate Multiple Assets

1. Fixed Assets > Activities > Fixed Assets
2. Go to Depreciate Tab.
3. Select Period
4. Select these fixed asset records

• Depreciation Method = <Depreciation Name How to Duplicate Fixed Asset>

5. Click Depreciate button

6. Click Close button

7. Back to Search Fixed Assets screen, go to Last Depreciated tab
8. Filter for these records

• Depreciation Method = <Depreciation Name How to Duplicate Fixed Asset>

9. Go to Depreciate Tab
10. Select Period
11. Select these fixed asset records

12. Click Depreciate button

14. Back to Search Fixed Assets screen, go to Last Depreciated tab
15. Filter for these records

• Depreciation Method = <Depreciation Name How to Duplicate Fixed Asset>

16. Click Close button
