Performing Pickup


  • Pickup – From Dispatch 

 

  1. Tap STOPS on the column on the left-hand side of the screenThis will bring you to your orders.
  2.  
    1. Note: If you do not see a pickup(s) or route(s), tap on REFRESH ORDER to query the server If order(s) still does not show, contact dispatch. 
  3. Tap on anywhere in Pickup Box (green box shown above)Review information as needed. 
  4. Tap Pull Load
  5. Check product boxEnter Rack No (if needed), Compartment, Gross, and Net Volume 
      
    1. Repeat this step for each product on the order. 
  6. Select drop down arrow at END TIME to change date and time to be that of the ending date & time of B.O.L.   Scroll up or down to select month, day, year, hour, minute, & am or pm.  When the correct information is in the enlarged line in the middle of the box, Select DONE.
  7. Tap MORE and select ADD BILL OF LADING to enter the B.O.L Then select CAPTURE to take a picture of the Bill of Lading. 
     
  8. To add additional B.O.L.’s, start by selecting doneGo back to MORE and select ADD BILL OF LADING againAdd the next B.O.L. number and CAPTURE a picture of the B.O.L. you are adding.   Once all are completed, the BILL OF LADING LIST should show the total number of B.O.L.’s that you captured in parenthesis.    
  9. Tap Done
  10. Tap Yes on confirmationPick up is complete. 

 

  • Pickup - Ad Hoc -Terminal 

 

  1. Tap Truck Inventory in the Maintenance section 
  2. Tap Load Inventory
  3. Tap Add Item  
  4. Select Terminal, tap OK  
  5. Select Product to Load, tap OK
  6. Enter BOL Number
  7.  
  8. Select Capture, Capture picture(s) of relevant BOL information: BOL Number, Supplier, Product, Gross/Net gallonsMultiple picture can be taken if necessary.
  9.  
  10. Select Done
  11. Add multiple BOLs – Do you want to add multiple BOLs for this location? 
    1. Yes – Allows driver to add additional BOLS No –
    2. Prompts driver to provide loaded quantity in gallons 
  1. Enter loaded quantity
  2. When complete, tap Done
  3. Loaded product will be displayed in Truck Inventory 
  4.  
  5. BOL Image will be viewable in Maintenance, View PDF section
  6.  

 

  • Pickup- Ad hoc- Bulk Plant 

 

  1. Tap Truck Inventory in the Maintenance section
  2. Tap Load Inventory 
  3. Tap Add Item 
  4. Select Bulk Plant, tap OK 
  5.  Select Product to load, tap OK
  6. Enter loaded quantity, tap Done 
  7. Product is displayed in Truck Inventory 

 

 

 

 

Performing Deliveries 

Gravity Delivery  

 

Single Customer 

 

  1. Tap on Stops 

 
 

 

2. Tap on the order to initiate the delivery 

    1. You will see the orders in the route that was dispatched, however you can complete them in any order if you need to change the route assigned. 

 

3. Review Order & Customer Details 

 

 

4. Tap on Start Gravity Drop 

5. Input tank number of drop (optional) and Stick Start Reading then tap Drop 

 

 

6. Adjust delivery volume if needed for Gross & Net

7. Input Stop Stick Reading 

8. Input Water Inches (if required) 

9. Input Mileage (if required) 

10. If Needed, Tap Signature 

    1. Will only be available on last drop for customer if multiple products are being delivered. 

11. Tap Done 

    1. If multiple products are being delivered to the customer, you will be brought back to the Drop screen. Repeat steps 4 through 7. 

12. Tap Yes on “Are you sure you want to submit?” prompt. 

13. If printing delivery ticket for customer, Tap Yes on “Do you want to open the created invoice report?” prompt. 

14. Print document 

 

Split Delivery/Load 

 

After pickup has been completed, follow the steps below:  


  1.  Tap on Stops
  2.  
  3. Tap on the order to initiate the delivery

  5. Review Order & Customer Details
  6. Tap Start Gravity Drop
  7. Input tank number of drop (optional) and Stick Start Reading then tap Drop
  8. Adjust delivery volume if needed for Gross & Net
  9. Input Stop Stick Reading 
  10. Input Water Inches (if required) 
  11. Input Mileage (if required) 
  12. If Needed, Tap More then Signature 
    1. Will only be available on last drop for customer if multiple products are being delivered. 
  13. Tap Done 
    1. If multiple products are being delivered to the customer, you will be brought back to the Drop screen. Repeat steps 4 through 7. 
  14. Tap Yes on “Are you sure you want to submit?” prompt. 
  15. If printing delivery ticket for customer, Tap Yes on “Do you want to open the created invoice report?” prompt. 
  16. Print document.
  17. Tap to select next delivery. 
  18. Follow Steps 2-14 to complete the second delivery for the split order/loadPlease note – remember to update delivered gallons.  



Metered Delivery

 

  1. Tap Stops 
  2. View Customer information, when ready to proceed with delivery tap Create Invoice 
  3. Verify product is selected and Preset value is correct
  4.  
  5. Tap START PUMPING
    1. Register will reset to 0.0 and driver can begin pumping
    2. As product is being delivered, Quantity will display the gallon value on the register4

  6. When the Preset has been met, tap FINISHED
  7. Enter Tank Percentage 
  8. Repeat steps 3-6 for any additional product(s)
  9. If applicable, Tap More and Comment to add a delivery comment for Dispatch
  10. If appliable, Tap Add Signature
    1. Allow Customer to Sign tablet
    2. Tap Save
  11. Tap Done
  12. Tap “Yes” on prompt “Are you sure you want to submit
  13. If printing and invoice for the customer, Tap Yes on “Do you want to open the created invoice report?” prompt.
  14. Print document



Creating Ad hoc Gravity Delivery

 

  1. Tap on Customer under Activities
  2. Seach or scroll to identify customer receiving delivery. Tap to select customer. 
  3. Tap Create Invoice. Select “Yes” when prompted “Are you sure you want to continue”
  4. Tap “No” when prompted “Is this invoice a metered delivery?”
  5. Select corresponding company site for delivery, Tap OK
  6. If you would like to associate the delivery with onboard retain (pickup from Terminal), tap Yes
  7. Select Available Retainage for product being delivered, Tap “Yes” when prompted “Are you sure you want to use this retainage”
  8. Refer to Gravity Delivery section, steps 4-11 to complete Gravity drop


Creating Ad hoc Metered Delivery

 

  1. Tap on Customer under Activities
  2. Seach or scroll to identify customer receiving delivery. Tap to select customer.
  3. Tap Create Invoice. Select “Yes” when prompted “Are you sure you want to continue”
  4. Tap “Yes” when prompted “Is this invoice a metered delivery?”
  5.  
  6. Select corresponding company site for delivery, Tap OK
  7. If you would like to associate the delivery with onboard retain (pickup from Terminal), tap Yes
  8. Select Available Retainage for product being delivered, Tap “Yes” when prompted “Are you sure you want to use this retainage”
  9. Refer to Metered Delivery section, steps 3-10 to complete metered delivery


Return Product

 

  1. Click Truck Inventory. Any loaded inventory should appear on this screen
  2. Click on Return Inventory.
  3. Check the box next to the product being returned.
  4. Enter the Quantity of the item being returned.
  5. The location is the location the item will be returned to.
  6. Click done. Information will be updated on the truck inventory main screen.
