If i21 is having any random issues, the first thing you should try is running Chrome using Incognito. This is a good way to test if Chrome is causing any issues with i21 before disabling extensions or clearing any cached data.
- Disables all installed Extensions
- Disables cookies and other site data
- Disables cached images and files
- Disables any browser history
How to run Incognito
- Run Chrome and then select the menu (3 dots) in the top right corner of the browser window and click on New incognito window.
- This will open a new instance of Chrome.
- Then enter the URL for your instance of i21 and login to test it.
