Clearing Cache: Google Chrome
Here's how to clear your Google Chrome (most recent version) cache for only the i21 application.
- Open i21 Software link
- Press F12 to enter Developer mode
- Right Click on Reload button and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
- Close Developer Mode
- Re-login to the software
