1. Open the Associate Site record. Refer to Associate Site for the field description.
  2. Select the Association Type – either Base or Link – you want to create.
  3. Click the Find button. This will open the Search Consumption Sites screen.
  4. Search for a site that will be associated, select it in the grid, and then click the Open Selected toolbar button. The details of the site will be displayed in the Associate Site screen.
  5. Click the OK button. You will be navigated automatically to Associated Sites tab where the new associated site is displayed.

    If the Association Type selected on step 4 is Base, the associated site will be displayed under the Base group. Otherwise, it will be under the Link group. The Serial Number field in the Consumption Sites > Associated Sites tab will always display the serial number of the first device attached to that site.
  6. Save the changes in the Consumption Sites record.
