The Copy Bill Address button is used to copy the customer’s billing address in its consumption site Address memo field. This will help save time encoding the details especially when the customer and its consumption site will bear the same address.
- Open a Consumption Sites record.
- Click the Copy Bill Address to Site button found at the left side of the Address field on Site tab.
This message will be displayed:
- Select Yes on the confirmation message. The Address, Zip Code, City, State, and Country fields will be auto-populated based on the customer address.
