Return process is used to return the unsold and remaining tickets in book. All the returned lottery books is being displayed in Return

Here are the steps on how to create manual checkout:

  1. Select a storesee how to create store.
  2. Select a checkout date.
  3. Enter shift no, this should not be greater than the number of shifts in a day setup in Store. 
  4. Select Checkout type: Manual
  5. Click Receive Lottery

  6. Click Add button
  7. This will open a Search Lottery Books screen.

  8. Select the record and click Open Selected button. It will automatically go back to Checkout screen.
  9. The Return Lottery screen will display with the returned items listed on the grid.

    1. Game - this is a required field. The game number that will be received.
    2. Description - displays the name/description of the game. This field automatically populates based on the selected Game.
    3. Book # - this is a required field. Used to assign the book number of the tickets received.
    4. Quantity - the ticket per pack of the lottery book.
  10. Click Save button
  11. Click Send to Office button
  12. Click Post button. Posting the selected records will automatically post its corresponding Inventory Receipt.
  13. An Inventory Receipt will be automatically created from the returned lottery book. The Vendor Ref No is also provided to determine that the item is processed from Lottery screen.

  14. Returned lottery tickets will still display in Lottery Books > All tab with status = Returned.

1. From Lottery Book, select the record and click Return button. Saving message will display and the lottery book will be removed from the grid.

An Inventory Receipt will be automatically created fro the returned lottery book. The Vendor Ref No is also provided to determine that the item is processed from Lottery screen.

2. Click Return header button. The Return Lottery screen will display with the returned items listed on the grid.

a. Name - the name of the returned lottery is displayed as the combination of Store# - Game# - Bin# +R

b. Return Date - the date when the lottery book is returned.

c. Quantity - the ticket per pack of the lottery book.

3. Select the returned ticket and click the Post button. Posting will automatically removes the ticket from Return Lottery screen and will post the corresponding Inventory Receipt that was created.

4. Returned lottery tickets will still display in Lottery Books > All tab with status = Returned.
