1. From the Ticket Management menu, click on Storage Schedule.
  2. If this is the first record you are to create, it will open directly the new Storage Schedule screen where you can add Storage Schedule. Otherwise, it will open Storage Schedule Search screen where existing Storage Schedule records are displayed. Click the New toolbar button  to open new Storage Schedule screen.
  3. Create Storage Schedule entry.
    a. Enter Schedule ID. 
    b. Enter Schedule Description.
    c. Select Storage type from drop down.
    d. Select Commodity from drop down for which this schedule will be used.
    e. Select Allowance Type from drop down. When selected "Day(s)", Next available field would be Allowance days and when selected     "Date(s)" next field will be named as Allowance From and To date field.
    f. Enter the number of days in Allowance Days or Allowance date range for which the commodity will be allowed to be stored at no charge. If the commodity is not removed from storage before the allowance days expire, the storage charges will be assessed as of the date of delivery. For example, if this field is set to 10 and a farmer delivers grain on October 1st, the farmer may remove the grain from storage on October 10th without being charged the storage fee. If the farmer removes the grain from storage on October 11th, the farmer will be charged for 11 days of storage.
    f. Enter Effective Date. Storage Schedule will be effective from given date.
    g. Enter Termination Date. Storage schedule will expire on given Termination Date.
    i. Select Currency from drop down.
    j. Select Storage Date from drop down
