Monitored Server Requirements (Customer Server)Below are the requirements to allow iRely to monitor i21 Servers for performance issues.

1. Add the following Firewall Rule
   1. Port: 1433
   2. Allowed IP Address: 74.208.175.239
   3. Protocol: TCP
   4. Port: 1433
2. Open SQL Server Configuration Manager
   1. You can find the SQL Server Configuration Manager in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory
      1. Double click on one of the following files in that folder.
      2. SQLServerManager11.msc (SQL Server 2012)
      3. SQLServerManager12.msc (SQL Server 2014)
      4. SQLServerManager13.msc (SQL Server 2016)
      5. SQLServerManager14.msc (SQL Server 2017)
      6. SQLServerManager15.msc (SQL Server 2019)
   2. Enable enable TCP/IP in SQL Server Configuration Manager
