Tickets Assigned to Me menu My Tickets tab screen applies for i21 Agent only.
- Go to On the Menu Panel, click on Help Desk Menu and expand the Activities sub-menu.
- Double click Click on Tickets Assigned to Me to display My Tickets Tickets to display Ticket List search screen.
- My Tickets tab screen should be displayed by default.
- Screen should display the tickets assigned to the Assigned To field automatically selected in Filter area and user who is currently logged in.
