Tickets Assigned to Me menu My Tickets tab screen applies for i21 Agent only.

  1. Go to On the Menu Panel, click on Help Desk Menu and expand the Activities sub-menu.
  2. Double click Click on Tickets Assigned to Me to display My Tickets Tickets to display Ticket List search screen.Image Removed
  3. My Tickets tab screen should be displayed by default.
  4. Screen should display the tickets assigned to the Assigned To field automatically selected in Filter area and user who is currently logged in.
