Go to Logistics -> Insurer. In Insurer search screen, click on New button.
New Entity Screen will open up with Create New Entity Sub window. Enter Name and click on Add.
Enter Contract Name, Location Name, Time Zone in Entity tab.
Enter Terms in Vendor tab. Click on save.
A new Insurer is created with mandatory information and will be displayed in search screen. User can enter other information such as Phone, Address, City, State, Zip Code, etc.
