- From CRM module, click Campaigns.
- If this is the first record you are creating, it will open the Campaigns search screen, then the New Campaign screen. Otherwise, it will open only the Campaigns search screen where existing campaigns are displayed.
- In Campaigns search screen, click the New toolbar button to open the New Campaign screen.
- Enter unique Campaign Name and Description.
- Enter other details as needed.
- Click Save toolbar button to save the newly-added campaign.
